Borneo Flora Festival or BFF 2025 is a cultural and heritage exhibition festival of traditional Borneo ethnic landscapes that will take place from 26 - 30 July 2025 at the Labuan International Sea Sports Complex and was organized under Jabatan Wilayah Persekutuan under Dr. Zaliha Mustafa as the Minister in charge of Federal Territories. 

A total of 200,000 tropical flowers and plants will decorate more than 20 themed gardens that are creatively and colorfully designed. This festival will provide extensive economic value and open up space for business opportunities and can generate income through the involvement of various levels of the local community.

BFF 2025 will bring new hope for Labuan. It will trigger community economic growth and strengthen the island's position as a tourist destination with the identity of the diverse tropical nature and culture of Borneo.
